He's also won countless awards including the National Medal of Technology by the President of the United States in 1985.

In 2017, renowned former sports agent, author and speaker Molly Fletcher taught Leadercast's community of leaders how to realize and power their purpose.
As one of the first – and for many years the only – female sports agent in the world, Molly Fletcher successfully negotiated more than $500 million in contracts for some of the top athletes and coaches
